“Anima Felinal” is my most recent collection of oil paintings on canvas.

For me, nudity in these works represents a state of awareness — a condition of the soul — where all that is unnecessary disappears and the honesty of emotion is celebrated.

Each painting depicts a nude woman (myself), drawn with clean and simple lines, always accompanied by the image of a cat — often black — an animal I’ve adored and revered since childhood.

The woman and the feline, seemingly oblivious to the outside world, discover truth within their intimate bond, a connection that is deeply emotional and mutually magnetic.

The simplicity of the shapes — and above all, the absence of facial features — adds both a sense of mystery and an important message: the woman and the cat are united on a profound, vibrational level.

They share similar temperaments — both elusive yet authentic, both emotionally significant.

This deliberate neutrality of the face also invites the viewer to project themselves into the work, to find a reflection of their own inner world and, in a way, make the painting their own.

Since I was a child, I’ve loved two things: painting and cats, a passion that has never left me.

Encouraged by my father, an excellent painter, and driven by my lifelong love for felines, I have cultivated over time an ideal fusion between the true voice of my heart and my artistic vision.

One day my paintings whispered something to me and that’s how the Anima Felina Collection was born: a dream turned into reality.

A line of playful, intriguing bags, unique t-shirts, sweaters, and sweatshirts, all featuring prints taken from my paintings, drawings, and autobiographical sketches created over the past ten years.

My first camera was the most beautiful gift I had ever received.

From the very first shot, I felt the magic of stopping time, of capturing a fleeting instant forever. It made me feel alive, even powerful.

Still today, the joy of catching just one meaningful image remains an inexhaustible source of inspiration and fulfillment.
