About Me
My name is Daniela Lena and I’m a multidisciplinary artist — an eclectic soul who blends different forms of expression to create something truly unique and original.
For many years, I’ve worked in the field of wellness and beauty, helping countless people reconnect with themselves and feel better in their own skin.
I also love painting, and one day my artworks seemed to whisper to me, inspiring the creation of my own clothing and accessories line.
Photography and writing are my other passions — and from them, my first book was born.
D. Lena Studio is the meeting point between mind and heart, where I seek harmony between reason and emotion — a space where beauty can speak freely, inviting both listening and revelation.
I live in Milan, in the San Felice area of Segrate, very close to the beautiful fitness and wellness club David Lloyd Malaspina.

At 25, I felt a powerful calling to help others do the same — to bring a sense of balance, grace, and wellbeing into their lives.
With over 25 years of experience in massage therapy and aesthetics, I’ve developed a holistic technique that combines the best of several disciplines: Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and more — all enhanced by the balancing and healing energy of Reiki.
On the beauty side, I’ve designed targeted treatments for the face and body, and created a unique Face Self Sculpt method to help you unlock your skin’s natural ability to rejuvenate itself.
